Purchasing Artwork
How can I purchase your artwork?
You can purchase available original paintings and prints directly through my website. If you have questions about a specific piece, feel free to contact me before purchasing.
Do you sell original artwork or prints?
I sell both original artworks and high-quality prints. Originals are one-of-a-kind pieces, while prints are reproductions of my work available in select sizes.
Are your prints limited edition?
Some prints are released as limited editions and will be labeled as such. Limited edition prints are produced in a fixed quantity and will not be reprinted once sold out.
Do prints come signed?
No, only the limited edition prints are signed and numbered.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Shipping times vary but usually take:
- Domestic: 2-3 days
- International: 5-12 days
How is the artwork packaged?
Original artwork and prints are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Original Artwork
Do original artworks come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. All original artworks include a signed certificate of authenticity.
Are original artworks framed?
Unless otherwise stated, artworks are sold unframed. Framing details will be listed on each product page.
Commissions
Do you accept commissions?
I occasionally accept commission requests depending on availability. If you're interested in a custom piece, please contact me with details about your idea, size, and timeline.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error
Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@eileenlangenberger.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Can I reproduce or use your artwork?
All artwork is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
Can I share your artwork on social media?
Yes! You're welcome to share my artwork as long as you credit me and do not alter the image.
